Why Second Perspective?

I’m Justin. I’ve spent more than 25 years in leadership roles, working with people and dealing with the situations that naturally come with leading teams.

Over that time I’ve learned that there’s rarely one right way to handle a workplace situation. People are different, circumstances are different, and sometimes when you’re close to something it’s difficult to see the situation clearly.

That’s where I can help. I’ll listen to what’s going on, ask questions, challenge your thinking when it’s useful and give you an independent perspective based on real workplace and leadership experience.

I’m not here to tell you what to do. The aim is to help you see the situation from another perspective, find some clarity and decide what feels right for you from there.
